We first met former editor, Camille Tisdol, of Charge Magazine a few years back at a fashion event at Thrive. Stylishly driven, we were super excited to have her magazine not only cover our pre-show event for the Georgia Music Awards, but also feature our Creative Director, Shane Smith on the cover for a featured article. As one of two heading the magazine label, Tisdol’s magazine was geared toward girls mostly between 11-21, and provided fashion and style tips, beauty, and even school and early career advice. And as an editor, Tisdol’s work often involved generating story ideas, and writing feature stories and department columns, along with editing copy. We had a chance to catch up with Camille to ask for her top 3 Pros and Cons of running a magazine to share with you - you know, for all you budding moguls out there. Find the info helpful?
