I love food and I love to eat. And I mean the good stuff. And by good stuff, I mean the stuff you're not supposed to eat. So when the cooler months roll around, my mouth immediately waters for chilli's, homemade chicken noodle soup, casseroles, pies - the list could go on…and on. But the key is moderation.
